A.I. Enterprises Ltd. benefits from our own in-house property maintenance department whereby our experienced qualified staff will attend to any maintenance problems within hours of being reported and immediately upon an emergency. We feel that it is imperative such reports are attended to without any undue delay and having our own maintenance department ensures such matters are under our direct control to the benefit of both landlord and tenant.

Our maintenance staff has several years experience with all types of general maintenance work, such as electrical, plumbing, painting, flooring, roofing etc.

Some of our work may require the assistance of outside contractors. Our appointed contractors are all fully qualified and approved by us. They carry out their work efficiently, effectively and to a high professional standard, keeping us informed at all times.
